Taking the first steps towards personal growth can be difficult. It is my goal to make sure that our therapy sessions are a space that feels safe, where you feel heard, and where you are validated. I understand that processing past pain and current struggles can be demanding and tiring. It is my hope that you will leave each session having learned something about yourself and with a game plan to work on outside of our therapy sessions.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship and open communication are essential in the therapy process. I am passionate about helping you reach your goals and hope to create a space where you will feel validated yet challenged. I believe authenticity plays an important role in the therapeutic relationship. I tend to bring humor into our sessions and strive to be authentically me so that you will feel comfortable to do the same. My eclectic approach to therapy comes through in my person centered, cognitive behavioral, and compassion focused approach.

I provide support to those struggling with anything that they are currently facing. However, I specialise in helping those who are experiencing feelings of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, grief/loss, life transitions, anger management, trauma, burnout, perfectionism, and stress.
